Distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen
欢迎各位来宾参加《中华人民共和国政府和联合国教科文组织关于国际泥沙研究培训中心的协定》签字仪式。
经中方与联合国教科文组织协商，并经中国国务院批准，今天由中国水利部汪恕诚部长代表中国政府与联合国教科文组织总干事松浦晃一郎先生签署上述协定。
Hereby, I would like to present our sincere welcome to all guests
present today for the signing ceremony of AGREEMENT BETWEEN the
Government of the People’s Republic of China and The United Nations
Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization concerning The
International Research and Training Center on Erosion and
Sedimentation.
After consultation with UNESCO and receiving the approval by the
State Council of P. R. China, today, Minister WANG Shucheng,
representative of the Government of P. R. China will sign the
agreement with Mr. Koïchiro Matsuura, Director General of UNESCO.
