Abstract
The details are given about the Lake Nasser and accumulative processes
in its tail section (at Sudan area). The specification of Sudanese waterways
and difficult navigation places is given. The unfavorable
trends in Sudanese transport and power sectors are detected and the recommendations
for their complying are formulated (joint development of hydropower industry
and water transportation). All the present projects of hydroelectric complexes
at the Nile and its feeders in Sudan are analyzed and the conclusion is made
about necessity of river reconstruction with converting into reservoir cascades
of integral use. The mathematical model of Nile basin at Sudan area is
developed that allows to predict level river behavior depending on meteorological conditions, hydraulic
parameters of streambed and aquiculture factors.
