Abstract

In the beginning of autumn, 2000, and at the end of August – beginning of September, 2002, complex researches of mixture - zones at the mouthes of rivers Keret and Kem were carried at RV “Ekolog” (Institute of Water problems of North, Karelian SC of RAS) (Fig. 1). Sedimentation traps, based on submerged buoy stations, were used for the definition of vertical particle fluxes [Novigatsky et al., 2005]. Buoy stations were disposed in estuary, intermediate and marine zones [Dolotov et al., 2002]. Time of exposition of instruments on stations varyed from 2 to 10 days.
