Abstract

Based on PHP Web platform, an online calculation program for flow and sediment mathematical models is developed by using of computer advanced languages of VB and FORTRAN. With the help of database and software on the server terminal, this network computing program, which is essentially different from the common-used client terminal response systems, could realized the practical river engineering simulation calculation and receive some key parameters and results without any installation process and debugging, but only directly linking IE and visiting the appointed website.
