Abstract

Results of computer modelling technique development are summarized, emphasized on river bed transformations prediction using St. Venant equations and deformation equation. These works was carried out for last 20 years, having the aim to predict channel deformations and large river channels’ regulation. Developed technique affords estimating of potential changes in flow kinematics and bed form morphology during short periods of time.
