Abstract

Mining industry has a negative influence on the hydro system through the deformations in the lithosphere, changes in hydrologic and hydrochemical regimes of ground waters, change of hydrologic regime of rivers and increase of solid river drainage. These lead to distortion of the mechanism of natural regulation of river systems, silting and disappearance of surface water flow, and, as a result, – reduction of the hydrographic system.
