Abstract
This paper deals
with the problem of non-equilibrium states in the channel process; their frequent
occurence is observed and, therefore, the term of
‘the steady-nonequilibrium states in the river
channel formations’ is introduced. The simple typification
of non-equilibrity source areas (sources) and the
identifying characteristics of the non-equilibrium processes are being
discussed.
The
methods for non-equilibrity detection and the
variants of forecast for the changes in the hydraulico-morphological
channel data for the non-equilibrium states of river sections.
Keywords: the non-equilibrium process; the channel
process; the non-equilibrium source; the water consumption; the discharge
rating curves; the river channel; the floodplain; irregular accumulative forms;
quasi-regular channel forms
