Abstract
The Dnister is one of the biggest Ukraine river,
which crosses south-west part of the country in sub latitude direction. It has
its sourse in the Karpatian
mountains on the height of 760 m over sea level and in
the top part crosses the orographic regions of Peredkarpattia and Volyno-Podiilia.The
article deals with analysis of the forestry activities in the upper Dnister basin system. The coefficient of even correlation between
exponents of sediment load, deforestation area and precipitation sums have been
calculated. The result of field investigation of the
geomorphology processes development on the deforestation areas have been
shown.
