Abstract

Blend of debris flow is considered as the form of quasi-continuum. Wave effects are discussed within the framework of one-dimensional problem. This research explored the process of small divergences between the free surface and the depth of uniform motion on conditions of significant gradient of channel bottom. The attention is paid to motion of long uninterrupted and jumping waves. This research analyzed the issues of instability of long waves in the riverbeds with positive gradient of channel bottom.
