Abstract

The climate factors changing in Nizhnee Povolzhie. Existent changes of erosive-hydroengineering conditions (drainage and wash-out decrease from melted water drainage and soil wash-out increase from rainfall due to increase of erosive rains in the warm period). The offer of new environment protecting and environment making means an erosion-hydrological columbines regime management is necessary for stabilization of agroecological situation.
