8月4日下午，第十次河流泥沙国际学术讨论会闭幕式隆重召开。主要包括：

l         世界泥沙研究学会主席沃林教授：大会技术总结

l         莫斯科大学阿列克夫斯基教授：闭幕辞

l         大会组委会交还会旗：恰罗夫教授代表大会组委会交还给会议常设秘书处国际泥沙研究培训中心秘书长胡春宏教授

l         常设秘书处感谢大会组委会：胡春宏教授接回会旗，代表会议常设秘书处向大会组委会成功地组织了本次大会表示衷心的感谢，并赠送礼物

l         常设秘书处交接会旗：胡春宏秘书长将会旗交接给下届会议承办方代表--南非斯坦林布什大学的巴森教授

l         下届会议承办方致欢迎辞：巴森教授介绍第十一次河流泥沙国际学术讨论会的筹办情况，欢迎代表们2010年9月在南非召开的第十一次河流泥沙国际学术讨论会再度相会！
