为保证论文集按时出版,请您严格按论文格式要求准备好可直接使用的论文电子稿。
The proceedings of the 2nd ICEC will be issued as both as a set of printed volumes and a CD-ROM with the full papers. In order to achieve a timely publication, the texts will be printed on CD-ROM directly from authors' submissions. Authors are therefore fully responsible for the quality of their article and are kindly requested to observe the following instructions. Authors should guarantee the quality of their papers both in terms of content and language, in order to avoid rejection by the reviewers. Please read the instructions carefully!
The text should be typed in Microsoft WORD format (Word 2000, 2002,2003, XP). Keep the layout of the text as simple as possible. The manuscripts are to be submitted in both electronic and printed format. The full-length paper should not exceed 8 pages (including abstract, figures, tables, photographs, etc.). All papers and related correspondence should be directed to:

It is essential that the name and version of the word-processing program used be clearly indicated on the diskette label. The full paper will be a Word file (.doc) of the document.
